“I.A. Freeman does great work” — Anthony Braxton

I.A. Freeman is a multidisciplinary, unclassifiable artist and designer. A graduate of the New School, her work encompasses photography, painting, sculpture, digital art and combinations of all these, always experimental and seeking new ways of seeing each art form. She has been a finalist in multiple photo contests, and her work has been exhibited physically and online, published in magazines around the globe, and used for book covers, advertising, and more. In addition to her visual art, she is the co-founder of Burning Ambulance, a magazine, website, podcast and record label.
